Watch a collection agent's book

See what each agent carries, what is overdue, and what cash is sitting with somebody at the end of the day.

Step 7 of 11 · Branch manager

The agent's loan accounts filtered by All, Overdue, Due today, Regular and NPA, each card showing the DPD band and the outstanding
The agent's whole book, sliced the five ways it is asked about.

An agent's round is what is due today. Their book is everything they are responsible for — and the two are different questions. A borrower who rings up, walks over, or wants to pay early is not on today's list.

The bands are the lender's own

Regular, SMA-1, SMA-2, NPA — the same classification the desktop shows and the same one the regulatory return reports. An agent saying "he's a bit late" to a manager reading SMA-2 is two people having different conversations.

Cash in hand

Undeposited cash is shown to the agent on their own screen and cleared when a branch confirms the deposit. It is the figure they answer for at the end of the day.

The rules behind this screen are explained on the blog and the terms are defined in the glossary.
